March 3:  “Souper Thursday” Annual Fundraiser for Wapello County Historical Society: Knights of Columbus Hall, serving from 4:00-7:00 PM, adults $6 and children 12 and under $3. March 19:  Trout Release and Fishing Day at Ottumwa Park: The Iowa DNR will be releasing trout into the Ottumwa Park Lagoons. Join in the fishing fun.
